What a verification record has to hold
Requirement id, input, expected result, actual result, timestamp, and the person or system that ran it. If any of those are missing, the record is incomplete.
What a local model deployment has to hold
Weights on hardware you control, no third-party model API, and a runbook your staff can operate. If the weights cannot transfer, you do not own the system.
