A written read of the constraint, the technical risk, the recommended engagement, and a range. Technical Assessment $4,950. It is a decision document. Response within one business day.
What do scoped builds cost?
Scoped builds $25,000–$120,000. The assessment sets the scope. Builds are not open-ended retainers.
What does the fractional retainer cost?
Fractional retainer $8,500–$15,000/month. It is director-level engineering leadership, month by month.
How does VAVE pricing work?
VAVE performance pricing 30% of verified savings. Savings are counted from a written baseline. The fee is not a promise that savings will occur.
Which industries do you take?
Discrete manufacturers, automotive and med-device suppliers, regulated industrial firms, and PE-backed product platforms.
How is proprietary data handled?
Local AI runs open-weights models on hardware you control. Assessment text is stored so JVF Tech can reply. It is not sent to a third-party model API.
Do you replace an internal engineering team?
No. The work is scoped so your staff can run it when the engagement ends.
