What the assessment form stores
Name, work email, company, role, industry, engagement, timeline, phone if you provide one, and the text you submit. Every inquiry is appended to a timestamped log. A submission that fails conflict screening is stored with status hold. The only response is the on-page notice Received. No email is sent.
What we do not do
We do not sell inquiry data. We do not send assessment text to a third-party model API. A held inquiry is not emailed.
How long it is kept
Inquiry records stay until the matter is closed or you ask for deletion at contact@jvftech.com. A deletion request does not rewrite earlier log lines; a new line records the request.
